Returns & Refunds

You can return an unworn item in its original condition and packaging with the label tag intact. If the item that you have returned is missing the original tag, it will not be refunded. 

You have 14 days after you received your order to return it. Being a small business is tough, so unfortunately I cannot cover the return shipping cost. If you are not able to return within this time period, I cannot guarantee the refund on your returned item.

If you would like to return your order, please follow the steps below:

• Place the item(s) inside their original packaging, with uncut tags and in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed and perfectly clean).
• Fill in the 'Return form' indicating the reason(s) for your return and place it inside the envelope.
• Ship the parcel using your choice of courier. The return address is enclosed in the envelope provided. 
• You will receive an email confirming your refund. Please allow between 7 to 14 days after I received your parcel for the refund to be processed. You will receive the refund minus the cost of the shipment. The refund can be made only using the original method of payment.
